Carole's of Bourke is owned by four busy mums and is named after a very special lady who has retired from owning this shop in Bourke NSW for many years. Not wanting to see it close we have taken over from her, hoping to keep the same friendly atmosphere and community hub it has always been, while adding a bit of our own personalities too.
