We will gladly accept returns for any PerfumeToday products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

Fast and Trackable Shipping

We process most orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Most packages arrive within 3-5 Business Days. We ship ALL packages via trackable method of Australia Post. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse, usually 1-2 Business days after you place your order, we are working hard to improve this. Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. To insure timely delivery, packages are sometimes split up and shipped separately, you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.

What are the freight charges when ordering with Perfume Today?

We charge $9.50 to anywhere in Australia. Orders are dispatched daily by TNT Express or the Australia Post Eparcel service. Please note that we do NOT use Express Post as it is prohibited to send Fragrances by Air.

How long does delivery usually take after payment has been received?

As a guide for estimated transit times, use the following:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro - Up to 3-working days

Adelaide Metro - Up to 4- working days

Perth, Darwin Metro - Up to 6- working days

All other Areas - Up to 6- working days

How do I track an order once it has been dispatched?

All online customers will receive a shipping advice notification once their order has been dispatched. On that notification, the freight company and tracking number will appear.
