Melissa has over fourteen years of experience in planning, environmental and property legislation and approvals in local, State and Federal jurisdictions, across Queensland. She has both local government and consulting experience.

She has worked with a range of Clients in a variety of industries including coal, gas, rail, transport, industrial, commercial, residential, educational, recreational and local government.

In particular, Melissa excels at coordinating large multidisciplinary teams and formulating holistic approvals strategies and project pathways. Her understanding of a variety of disciplines enables her to comprehensively assess and manage complex proposals and projects. Risk identification, assessment and management is a key talent which ensures Melissa's success in managing projects from inception to completion.

Melissa is adept at identifying and consulting with a range of stakeholders for a variety of projects. She has a natural ability to build a strong rapport quickly with stakeholders.
