Dean Powell has been Building in Townsville since 1996, as you would expect from a builder just starting out, Dean took extreme pride in overseeing and carrying out every facet of the construction of each new home. Fast forward 18 years and 22 industry awards later, and luckily for Deans clients, he hasn't lost one ounce of enthusiasm for demanding the very best from himself and from his subcontractors.
