Maxa Design

About

Maxa Design are a Melbourne based design firm that specialise in low energy house design, sustainable home design as well as being Passive House certified designers.

We design unique homes and find creative solutions for each homeowner's requirements. Our missions is to deliver cost-effective and outstandingly tailored sustainable building designs that will work now as well as into the future.

Homes designed by Maxa Design score highly in energy efficiency ratings in the range of 7 start and above designs. We also work to blend both environmentally sustainable design with energy efficient design. We strike a balance between both and design our homes to not only be energy efficient but also connect to their landscape and allow both indoor and outdoor living.

We use sustainably sourced and manufactured materials, incorporate wastewater harvesting and reuse systems, prioritise low energy heating and cooling systems and build houses that are adaptable to every age through liveable housing standards.
