About

Flip Integrated Design are experts in developing and delivering complex projects that require close integration between user experience, technical solutions.

The right space integration solution is more than just technical integration – we understand how to create spaces for exceptional user experience.

We also understand that there are competing interests in the procurement of spaces. For instance technologist, teachers and property managers may all come from different aspects of a project. The skill is finding the nexus between those needs. Teachers want flexibility, IT departments want technology to work effectively and property managers may want the best space utilization possible.

Our background in innovative teaching, procurement and design in the education section, and a close working relationship with collaboration technology providers allows us to value add so that spaces are effective and utilized.

With an adaptive sustainable design approach, we create smart space solutions to adapt to user and minimize energy and resource use. Often 'sustainability' is a catch-word that relies on designs that only allow a single way to use a space or revolve around a single idea. We have more than 10 years experience research and teaching sustainability approaches and principles and experience in high mass solutions such as rammed earth and lightweight highly insulated buildings.
