Hillman Homes

About

We do have some floor plans on display, though to be honest, we essentially start from scratch over 80% of the time and design practical homes to; suit the needs of our clients and their family, capitalise on the attributes of their site and achieve the objectives of our clients within their desired level of investment.

Never having built the same design twice is a strong principal advocated by Peter Hillman, providing direction and inspiration to our staff, strengthening our focus on building unique homes to accommodate unique lifestyles. Who would want to live in a home that's almost identical to so many others in surrounding areas, when you could live in a custom designed home that meets your every requirement...for a lot cheaper than you might imagine.

We effectively provide architecturally styled designs, competitive with project home pricing while providing a more personalised, professional service, more effective quality control systems and complete flexibility with facades, products, inclusions.

We also like to assist our clients with block selection prior to purchase to ensure that our client ends up with the most optimal block for their family, lifestyle, future and investment amount.
