Preston & Sons Construction Pty Ltd

About

We build new homes with the perspective of the client in mind and welcome feedback and participation throughout the construction process. If the build is an addition we endeavour to seamlessly integrate the materials into the old enabling the new to disappear into the old, just as though its always been there. Renovations can take the road to drastic re-builds which may include stripping back to the frame, relocating walls, changing bathroom configurations, kitchen re-arrangement, changing roof material from say tiles to Colorbond, new external cladding and so forth. Alternatively, it may be just a bathroom or kitchen renovation, the list is almost endless. We also build custom homes that we have designed in house which can be altered to suit a clients needs or we build from clients plans produced by an architect or designer. We offer a complete service which includes Council submission, Basix, Geotec and Engineering, landscape, pools and other accessories to suit.

The company has also either built or renovated several commercial buildings including the Kangaroo Valley Ambulance Station and the Nostalgia Factory in Kangaroo Valley. We are always open and willing to talk to both owners developers looking for a dedicated and innovative builder who will take on the difficult jobs. Our philosophy and consequently our slogan is "We treat your project as our own".
