Granny Flat Solutions

About

Granny Flat Solutions is a division of BuildSense, a well-established, upfront and highly respected company. We've been in the building and construction industry for over 30 years.

We come equipped with a dedicated and talented team of architects, designers, licensed builders & project managers with one primary objective: to build quality granny flats, that are low maintenance, and will stand the test of time.

WE CUSTOMISE TO YOUR NEEDS

We don't believe in a 'one size fits all' solution for granny flats. We understand everyone's needs, sites and budgets are different. Unlike our competitors, who are limited to squeezing a standard granny flat design on your block, we'll have our in-house architect provide you with a custom grannyflat design.

UPFRONT PRICING WITH NO SUPRISES

We're different from your average builder. When you choose us, we aim to go above and beyond your expectations. We promise to be upfront with our pricing and communicate with you throughout your granny flat development from start to finish.
