Raise The Roof

About

Our trading name "Raise the Roof" is self-explanatory, but what is not so obvious is that it is also synonymous with the "Goodwill" that comes from the hundreds of satisfied customers over six decades.

Situated on the northern beaches of Sydney, our company specialises in providing quality first floor extensions and ground floor alterations.

We take pride in providing a quality product, built by excellent tradesmen familiar with our unique building process which is most cases allows you, as the owners, to remain in your home throughout the construction.

As a design and build company, we provide a "stress-free" environment for our clients, since we take care of all the development applications and paperwork involved in dealing with Councils.

Our design consultants are trained to listen to you and also give the best advice regarding the extension to your home. We endeavour to design in a way that provides the extra accommodation you require but also blend the extension into your existing home to achieve an outcome where one would surmise that the home was originally built that way.

We have many external finishes from which you can choose, ranging from a choice of weatherboard to a unique rendered finish. We only use quality building materials and our design consultants will help and advise you concerning windows and doors and the style of extension you require.

Our aim at "Raise the Roof" is to add value and lifestyle to your most valuable asset!
