E.S.P. Developments

About

ESP Developments is a family business run and managed by Thomas and Helen Esprester. We have over 30 years experience in the construction industry and have been operational in Brisbane since 1991.

Over the years ESP Developments has completed many and varied projects in South East Queensland, particularly Brisbane. It prides itself on taking on those difficult and different projects. Our company philosophies of professionalism and quality workmanship have been rewarded over the years with Queensland Master Builders awards.

As members of the construction industry we take our responsibility very seriously. Over the years we have helped train many apprentice carpenters, and eventually employed some of them as carpenters. We have been involved in the Qld Master Builders Housing Committee and various other groups designed to improve the industry.

Why Design & Construct?

We have found some shortfalls when clients have come to us with plans already designed:

Plans didnt really suit client needs

Designer budget construction costs were quite different to actuals

Some plans were structurally unsound from a construction view

Clients did not get value for money for their drawn plans

Once plans were drawn there was no continuity of service from designers
