Aetreum Homes - Building Value

-The Aetreum design and build process has been developed and structured around you the customer … which means you get "peace of mind"

-Regular trades and suppliers means a controlled and enjoyable process for you, with you not settling for just any finish … it means you get what you paid for … a brand new quality home and a Zero defect handover. Our philosophy is pay the "right money" for quality trades with a quality finish….a low quality finish is not worth the bit you save.

-Transparency in what you actually get in the price … Our proposals & specifications are easy to read & understand….not full of industry talk…this means No Nasty Surprises and having to refinance or find more money down the track.

-Our discounted prices are your prices … in fact with your selections you get the quotes direct from the supplier for your approval… plus allowances are provided to you so you can negotiate even further.

-Absolute flexibility with design and inclusions … you tell us what you want in the home and we help you target your budget … you don't need to settle for a minimum standard … or settle for a home that doesn't work for our climate.

-The Aetreum team of design consultants are accredited and proven performers in the delivery of professional service & advice in new home design and construction … so why simply buy from a sales person … enjoy getting it all right with Aetreum Homes
