Home Builders Advisory Service

About

HBAS (Home Builders Advisory Service) is Queensland's leading building brokerage service. Just as a finance broker arranges the best finance deal for your loan, HBAS arranges the best possible deal for the construction of your new family home, investment property, renovation or extension.

HBAS are not builders, unlike many so called advisors that are really only marketing fronts for building companies. Instead we have very carefully selected a group of highly professional award winning builder members that undertake our construction requirements on behalf of our clients.

HBAS clients save money building with us because of the bulk buying power we have with our builders. Our builders are able to operate on much smaller margins using our systems as they have greatly reduced overheads and collectively we are able to achieve exceptional economies of scale.

No one else can offer you the range of services that HBAS offers. HBAS offer a complete "in-house" service. Regardless if you're a first home buyer or a seasoned investor, HBAS have the design solutions and can offer a package that suits your exact requirements.

Regardless of where you want to build your new home, HBAS can help. We are currently servicing South East Queensland and northern New South Wales. We have Sunshine Coast Builders, Brisbane Builders, Gold Coast Builders, Toowoomba Builders and Hervey Bay Builders. We are constantly expanding our operating area to benefit our clients.
