Pansec Constructions is a well established, Award Winning Melbourne based, residential and commercial building company who prides itself on quality.

We know that your decision to choose a partner for Your projects is based on a number of considerations. Regardless of relative weighting, price is always a key determinant to our Clients expectations.

Significantly the total money paid for a given project does not only buy materials and labour. It also buys some important intangibles.

Our experience has shown us that there are three things of central importance once a job has commenced.

1. On time and on budget delivery. No surprises.

2. Harmonious relationship between all parties before, during and after the project has finished.

3. Complete satisfaction with the end result.

Each of these is included in our quotations at no extra charge. We can afford to do this because at Pansec we are proud to be able to say that we have never, without exception, missed on any of these three fundamentals during the course of our trading over the last two and a half decades.

With over 28 years of industry experience, our reputation and ability to deliver is second to none, whilst the delivery of a professional services paramount.
