RFT Solutions drafting services design your home extension, renovation or new home to your budget. We obtain all the permits required. Our experienced team then tender documentation to Melbourne builders, assesses their quotes and negotiates the building contract for you.

Why Choose RFT Solutions?

We monitor your budget during the design stage, so you receive quotes from builders within your budget. We know where variations are often raised by builders so we include relevant information in our detailed documentation. This means you receive no overpriced variations during construction.

Our Melbourne drafting services follow design principles to lower building costs & supply detailed documentation so you save on construction costs and obtain detailed builder's quotes - not estimates!

Competition in the form of Tender ensures you obtain detailed builders quotes at current market prices, saving you 10-30% on construction costs. We tender to builders who have been recommended by building surveyors. Building surveyors conduct inspections during construction and are the best qualified to recommend a builders quality of work.

We assess the builder's quotes and negotiate the building contract for successful project completion and a well constructed beautiful new home. If you're building a Melbourne home extension, new house, or renovating, RFT Solutions offer peace of mind. Our goal is to save you time, money and achieve a result you love.
