Renmark Homes

About

For more than 20 years Renmark Homes has worked with families in Melbournes inner suburbs, building custom designed homes with a quality and finish that makes them stand out from the crowd.

Renmark Homes is a true family-owned business with builder Sam Bernardo, senior site supervisor Mark Bernardo and color consultant and office manager Danni Sernio all siblings who grew up watching their father, Renato a builder in his own right.

During the past two decades, Sam has shifted Renmark Homes focus from small developments to building designer custom homes with projects typically in the $420,000 to $1.2 million price range.

But the growth of the business has not diluted the Bernardo familys commitment to the families they build homes for. The strength in Renmark Homes reputation lies in the way they work closely with their clients, involving them in the design and giving them regular updates on the progress of their new designer home.

Over time, Renmark Homes has developed firm relationships with Melbournes leading tradesman, ensuring consistent quality and finish on every custom designed project every time.

Renmark Homes has also embraced innovation. As well as delivering the latest in building techniques and finishes, Remark Homes is committed to building functional, energy efficient homes and is a Living Green Builder, accredited by the Master Builders of Victoria, and a Green Smart Professional as awarded the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
