Verde Homes

About

Verde Homes is a young, progressive design-based building company formed by two of Melbourne’s most experienced and respected industry experts – building designer Drew Reaper and boutique builder Jeffrey Pickering.

With an increasing demand for quality new homes in Victoria, Drew and Jeffrey came together to create a company committed to fantastic results - a company that designs and builds homes that are both inspiring and practical.

Drew and Jeffrey are involved in every project, from all aspects of design, detailing and delivery. As a ‘boutique’ building company, the mission of Verde Homes is not to become a major player in Victoria’s development market, but to outshine our competitors as a ‘boutique’ builder, with a focus on innovative, environmentally sustainable design and skilful craftsmanship. This outcome can only be achieved with the personal attention, passion and experience of both directors.

Verde Homes uses only the highest quality building products and only engages contractors who share our core vision of excellence, in order to meet the high expectations of our company and our clients.
