Atrium Homes

About

For almost 50 years and through three generations, the Marcolina family has been building beautiful, luxury homes of quality and distinction. When Wilhem Marcolina Senior first started designing and building, he dedicated his efforts and resources to achieving excellence. This was achieved by providing clients with a quality product in terms of construction techniques, attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

These principles of quality and excellence have been passed down to the present generation of the Marcolina family and are incorporated into the everyday operation at Atrium Homes, where they still continue to be the cornerstone of its business philosophy.

Atrium Homes is composed of two home building segments, Pre-Designed and Atrium Design Studio. Our award winning Pre-Designed Series offers a beautiful selection of luxury family homes in both single and two storey designs, with a choice of elevations and floor plans.

Atrium Design Studio creates unique, individual luxury homes of distinction and character.
