Ecoedge Granny Flats

About

We believe that every Australian, regardless of how wealthy or environmentally-minded they are, has the right to live in a home that helps lower their energy costs, without having to compromise on design or be slugged with inflated costs and lengthy build times; and this is the solution we provide.

EcoEdge Granny Flats has adopted a unique method of construction using lightweight, energy efficient structural insulated panels. Using these in combination with our clever design techniques and streamlined building process, we save you money, not only during construction, but for the life of the building.

We don't just design and build a standard range of granny flats, we problem-solve! We take the time to listen to you and truly understand your wants and needs, investors and families alike. This means our solutions are not only personalised to you, they are energy efficient, attractive and affordable.

Originally known as Concept Steel Constructions, the company was renamed to EcoEdge Granny Flats when it became part of the Add Business Group in 2015. The Add Business Group is a diverse group of trade service businesses that is 100% privately WA owned.

Operating from its base in Maddington, the group also includes Add Building, Add Electrical, Add Plumbing, Add Carpentry, Add Landscaping and Add Water Reticulation.
