About

At Smith & Sons, we aim to make the whole process as quick and easy as possible.

We are Perth renovation specialists and Perth quality builders.

Our 3 simple 3 step renovation process: design, plan, construct ; will give you the best renovation service and highest level of quality at the lowest possible price.

Our experienced and skilled team will explain what's involved, what you should expect, and the pros and cons of different designs. Throughout the entire project, you'll have the benefit of our team's renovation and building knowledge and experiences.

We will do our best to keep the costing affordable, on a budget, and as lowest as possible. We will make sure the costing is in control and the project is finished. Our project management keeps everything on track and will eliminate costly delays and mistakes. You will be assured of the quality at the best possible cost.

Here's a quick guide of how we work:

Bring us your ideas or plans. We are flexible and open to discuss your budget and needs. A quote is presented to you immediately after your call. You approve the quote and pay a deposit. We arrange for plans and council approvals too. Then the Renovation process begins.
