Customer Reward Program

For years we have been offering our private customers a cash back reward program to which if they refer The Carpet Guy to four of their friends I will gladly thank them by offering a cash back incentive in the form of a gift voucher for up to $50 from which ever shop they desire. It's that simple. Every 4 jobs = $50 gift voucher.

Restoration Technicians vs Carpet Cleaners

A Carpet Restoration Technician is a person who is highly skilled and highly trained in all areas of restoration of carpets. Our technician's are trained and certified in many areas from carpet and upholstery cleaning to carpet repairs and relays, mould removal, flood and fire restoration. We continue to undertake training regularly in order to keep up with best practice methods and hone our skills and stay a step ahead of our competitors.
