Central Catering Sydney formerly known as Corporate Barbeque Catering was

established in September 2001 by Peter and Marian Kissner in our kitchen located at

Regent Street, Chippendale in Sydney with a view to fill the gap in quality catering for the corporate and private sector without

the outrageous costs of many caterers.

Our menus range from the 'The Burger BBQ' at $12.50 p/p to our unique top of the range 'Cocktail Barbie' for a special occasion that is truly spectacular and different!

And, if you don't see what you want, give us a brief and we will do it for you!

We can also arrange staff for your function, entertainment as well as equipment such as tables, chairs, marquees. Whatever you need, in fact you do not have to do anything but tell us your requirements and we can and will arrange everything.
