Nick is a 4th generation butcher, originated on the small yet beautiful island of Symi Greece, continuing the skills passed on through the generations from his great great grandfather.

Nicks passion for butchering started in the family butcher shop in Paddington, Sydney back in 1960 with his father and brothers.

The family business then expanded to 4 butcher shops across the Sydney area, taking Sydney by storm with the finest quality meat and small goods.

With over 40 years experience Nick specialises in sourcing only the best quality free range meat as well as cooking the highest quality small goods and cooked meats.

Today Nick shares his passion through his butcher shop in Ramsgate where he has been serving the local community for years with fine meat, small goods, a friendly smile and the daily joke!
