Mark�s passion for fusing native food and culture with modern lifestyle cooking has led to a huge international profile, and the creation of Black Olive Catering, an indigenous catering company and function space in North Melbourne, Victoria.

Mark and the team at Black Olive Catering have designed a menu based on herbs, fruits and meats that are indigenous to Australia such as crocodile, emu, lemon myrtle and wattleseed, to name a few. This offering of gourmet cuisine is suitable for any meeting or function as is the beautiful venue in North Melbourne, which is available for hire seven days a week.
