Once you have gained an instant parcel or package quote, and then follow the easy steps to through to the booking.

Our first steps include:

a) Enter your shipment information into our calculator;

b) Select the courier or freight company that you wish to select;

c) Register up by entering your email and a password, customers can login to our system later to check on shipment, print statements or the shipping label;

d) Tell our team the pickup and delivery locations;

e) Pay for your shipment via credit card;

f) Confirm the shipment details are correct; and

g) Wait for your "Quote Accepted Email".

We then book the shipment behind the scenes and email you with a "Booking confirmation." If you have selected one of our major carriers, we issue you with a computer generated shipping label. This label can be printed on A4 laser printers and needs to be attached to the shipment for collection. If you are not the sender, our label can be sent in email format to the person dispatching the courier shipment. To reprint the shipping label at any time log into our system following the instructions on the "Welcome Email" and view your shipment and label on the booked and completed freight section.
