Our Five Dock office has been on its present site for over 8 years. Before this the office was situated at 120a Great North Road, Five Dock. Five Dock Realty is widely known within the real estate industry and in the inner Sydney suburbs for its strata management practice which is the substantial base of the firms business. The firm? experience and long serving staff ensure that the knowledge and practise management learned over the many years is brought to bear in the administration and management of each building. Our commitment to continuing educational courses and our involvement strata management industry bodies ensures that the latest relevant knowledge is available to your strata scheme. OUR HISTORY Our estate agency business was established in 1970 as L.P. Jordano & Co in an office at 120a Great North Road, Five Dock, and now at 92a Great North Road, Five Dock an address from which we still trade. In 1994 John La Mela, took over the firm and developed a substantial property and strata management practice. Since 1994 Five Dock Realty have been involved in the administration of the affairs of apartment complexes.
