- All our marketing is online through all major search engines. We don’t use expensive newspaper advertising.

- Our marketing packages are the lowest in the industry.

- We do not receive any rebates from online search engines or newspaper publishers.

- We strive to eliminate the use of paper and save the environment where ever we can.

- All our auctions are carried out online and on site

- We have 1 central office HQ in each city. We save on duplicated overheads by only having one office. We pass these savings directly on to the consumer.

- We only charge 1% commissions on all properties sold.
