In 2005 Nick Chance became a licensed Real Estate Agent and accredited Auctioneer, and a licensed Business Agent in 2009. He has worked in the North Shore area with four major name franchises from Chatswood to Thornleigh, acquiring more skills, in each position.

As a solo agent it is possible to be more flexible with times, and able to be completely at the service of a small number of clients, rather than being restricted in that availability of service, as occurs with the larger real estate agencies with sometimes 100s of listings.
