Director, Jo Brown has been involved in property and finance for over 10 years-she is an Investment Property Strategist who delivers investment properties to the investment market and mediates between the developer and the investor.

Jo specialises in delivering National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) approved properties to the marketplace. Her goal is to primarily educate the private investor on the scheme so that they can take advantage of the government tax free incentives while at the same time building wealth.
