Asset Plus Property

About

Asset Plus Property is an independent boutique agency offering comprehensive Property Management and Real Estate Investment services. Head-quartered in Milton, we manage, rent, and sell property throughout greater Brisbane.

Our goal is to simplify the process of owning an investment property for our clients. We do this by helping investors to research and acquire profitable real estate investments, developing portfolio growth strategies, managing investment properties, and pro-actively selling clients real estate.

We are pleased to announce that recently, we celebrated our 10th birthday. Although we started as a very small company, we have grown much larger over the years, a fact we attribute to the high satisfaction of our investors. Many of them have been with Asset Plus Property since we first opened our doors.

The Asset Plus Property Difference…

Because we are a family business, we are not beholden to a corporate office. Instead, our focus is entirely on our investors. For our clients, that means that we do not just care about making a one-time deal. Instead, we offer personalised, one-on-one service, because we want to have a lifelong relationship with our investors.

That is something that you just would not find with our franchise competitors. Their business model requires them to focus solely on short-term profitability. Unfortunately, this means that they often look out for their own best interests, rather than those of their investors.

At Asset Plus Property, we always put the needs of our clients first. As an independent agency, we have the ability to do that. After all, property is a significant investment. We understand that and treat your investment with the utmost respect and professionalism.
