Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and has studied for a Masters of Business Administration at Monash University.
.Previous experience with international companies such as the Ford Motor Company & General Motors Holden in senior marketing positions in various states & Queensland State Manager for an ASX listed IT company specialising in Strategic Management has developed extensive negotiating and marketing skills.
He concurrently is the Managing Director for a consultancy company that delivers corporate doctor, software analysis and book-keeping advice.
In early days he played AFL football at the highest level, representing his state and was a premiership player in the then VFA.

Coolum Before appointing Geoff to sell our duplex, we also met with another well known 'local' agent that seemed to also specialise in the Mt Coolum market, this agent gave the impression of marketing the property with a kind of bargain basement mentality ( start low and come up, offers over ? ) What impressed us with Geoff immediately was that he had done his research, giving information and details of other properties sold that were similar to ours and also telling us what he thought the listing price of our property should be, (other agents wanted to know how much we wanted before telling us what they saw as market value), we felt he had a much better understanding and knowledge of the local market, and was very close to our own research, based on this we felt we were all 'on the same page' with what we could hope to achieve with our duplex sale. Geoff was honest, approachable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We knew he was working to achieve the best outcome for us in his marketing campaign, which was achieved at a very good budget. (other agents wanted nearly three times as much for photos and street posters) Communication was fantastic, Geoff always informed us about how the open homes went and followed up on all enquiries, and he responded immediately to our many questions. We believe that our quick sale was due to the combination of our property being well-priced, well marketed, and well-presented, we sold within 8 days of the first open home, with a backup contract also lined up. We sold very close to the listing price, which other agents tried to lead us to believe was way to high. We will definitely recommend Geoff to anyone considering selling their property, as he specialises in sales in the Coolum area, and has for a long time which definitely gives Geoff a much better insight when it comes to listing and advertising properties.
