Sweeney Estate Agents: Yarraville

About

Founded in the 1860s, Yarraville is now a highly sought after neighbourhood, not only as a place to reside, but as a first class investment proposition. Flush with Victorian and Edwardian architecture, the area still offers some of the most affordable period homes in inner Melbourne. With a swing towards young, white-collar workers, the area has an arty almost bohemian influence which pervades the many cafes, restaurants and shopping precincts. Situated just a short drive from the city, Yarraville is a suburb to keep your eye on as it is growing fast and is attracting a great deal of interest.
