Abel McGrath Property Group

About

Founded in 2004, Abel McGrath Property Group had a humble beginning, in a small office in the ‘death row’ section of the old Fremantle Prison.Over the years, the business steadily grew to become one of the most trusted and well-known real estate agencies in Perth – but it never lost its founding philosophy of ‘delivering more than clients expect’ and going above and beyond expectations.Despite now being a heavy-hitter in the Perth market, Abel McGrath has maintained its boutique, personal approach. Every property and client is given the energy and skill required for an outstanding result. More than a decade after opening the doors of their office, Simon and Carmel are proud to see their vision flourishing through their team of more than 30 staff, based out of Claremont.
