Wattle Building Maintenance was first incorporated in January 2006 as a general maintenance company taking the place of an existing maintenance business based at Perth International Airport. It soon became established with the reputation for offering prompt, reliable, OH & S and Security compliant building and facility maintenance.

From 2009, Wattle expanded from general building and facilities maintenance work to project management and landscape services for the entire Perth Airport region. This was an inevitable expansion given Peter and Belinda had managed another gardening and landscaping business that serviced domestic and commercial properties for 12 years.

As Perth Airport's preferred facilities contractor, Wattle developed its' services to adequately cater for the unique Perth Airport environment because safety and security are paramount for the area. Airport Security Clearances, OHS and correct insurances are in place for all Wattle staff.

The Wattle maintenance, facilities and landscape teams come from a wide range of backgrounds and are experienced tradesmen and contractors. The landscaping crew work to Conservation and Land Management guidelines. All Wattle staff have ASIC/Airside Passes & Bluecard Training.
