Most important is that you don't pay me for my services. This is because the lender you choose pays me and this is factored into the loan in the same way that the salary of the loan officer in a branch would be factored into the loan if they did the paperwork. This does not change the loan product, interest rate, or increase any fees or charges. You will get the same loan as if you went direct, but you also get our expertise for the life of your loan with us.

You could surf the internet and visit banks with branches to collect your own information, but lenders only advertise the good stuff. Unless you find and read all the small print, you will not know what you are really getting. We provide all our clients with a comprehensive comparison report which shows the good and bad stuff so you can make a fully informed decision.

Once you have a loan, you need to ask yourself; will your lender contact me when a new loan product or deal is available that will reduce your payments (shrink their profit) and will they contact you when their competitor introduces a new loan or deal that is better for you.
