With three courtyards, verandas, paved pathways, and numerous places to sit and enjoy the view, Kingston Gardens is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of life in Springvale.

Kingston Gardens is a 72 bed residence comprising 30 high care, 42 low care, "ageing in place" and dementia care beds. The rooms are spacious and modern, and we feature private ensuites overlooking gardens and courtyards. We encourage residents to personalise the space with furnishings and mementos from home. We also feature two double rooms that are ideal for couples wanting to live with their spouse with the benefit of round-the-clock care.

Our residents’ health care and personal needs are attended to 24 hours a day by dedicated and well-trained nursing and staff. Respite, convalescent and unfunded care services are also available.

Our leisure and lifestyle program provides innovative, creative and stimulating events, which provide residents with a sense of purpose and fulfilment. We welcome family and friends at any time and offer coffee and tea making facilities for our visitors.
