Do you feel that invitations cost a lot of money for a throw away item, as many guests throw the invitation in the bin after the event, it is seen as waste of time and money, because it is not kept or consumed like the catering at the party.

Invitations are perceived as something quick and simple to make and few realise the amount of work and planning that actually goes into it. An invitation is the first impression, given to guests about the event and its formalities, dress code and what can be expected. This is seen, through where the party is held at, what day its on, what time is starts, how the invitation is worded and the biggest impact is the design of the invitation, if its a simple basic design or its very detailed and busy. The first thing guests notice about an invitation, is the layout and design, followed by the wording.

Have you asked yourself or your partner, why can't we send an email, text message or facebook invite? These are very impersonal and cold requests, because it shows the guests, that no effort been made to address each guest personally. One document sent out to everyone on a mailing list makes the guests feel like they are dealing with an annoying marketer, who hasn't put in the effort or time to make them feel special and that, they are really wanted at the event. It also affects how many RSVPs you will receive. Guests will be much more relaxed and less inclined to RSVP, because they have not been made to feel that you care, if they attend or not.

Sometimes an invitation may be perfect to you in every way, except for the price. It can leave you wondering if its worth going over budget for. If this is the case, speak to us, we can work out ways to reduce the cost, this may be taking something off the invitation that will not majorly impact the overall look of the invitation, changing the RSVPs and wishing wells to a cheaper option or completing the assembly only, of the invitations yourself.

The invitation you've chosen, is something you have designed yourself or you have changed bits and pieces of an existing one and it suits your taste and budget, but you can't help but feel, the risk involved, will everything you have chosen will come together and work well?
