The joy of candid documentary photos is that you completely avoid those fake smiles and aquaria moments. Not to mention, you get to go about enjoying you day uninterrupted with the family and friends that have traveled to be with you. While you're looking you absolute best on your wedding day we can pop out for a few of your more traditional photos (I mean, you may as well right?) but these are casual, relaxed and most importantly FUN! There is no "left hand in position 12, arise to stance number 6". It's still really just the two of you hanging out and enjoying the moments after saying I do.

For family documentary session it is a similar ethos, but taken one step further. There is no posing or fixing of any sort in your family documentary photo session. It's just you and your family enjoying each others company. That might be hot chocolate and a stroll through the park or pancakes and a morning at the beach.
