Are you old enough to remember the 5o s,60s, or 70s, when good old fashioned service was the norm, where you could trust your local tradesman, and you knew his prices were competitive, where he went that little bit further and adjusted your taps for free and left your house cleaner than when he arrived, when you went to the service station and a man filled your tank, cleaned your windows and checked your oil and provided a preventative maintenance service and on that rainy night when he fixed your flat. The General does.

The General is Old school he pines for the return of those halcyon days and that is what he wants you to have, good old fashioned honest service with a smile.
