Plumber Pennant Hills

About

The guttering was definitely not up for the promised onslaught of bad weather. Judy stared at the rusted and holey metalwork circling her roof. There had already been a couple of water stains appearing on her ceiling, and this guttering was undoubtedly why.

She jumped online to search for a local Plumber who could possibly do the work before the forecasted storms that weekend. Judy was in luck. The first website she found was helpful, and the person answering was polite and cheerful. The Plumber was organised for that very afternoon! He gave a courtesy call when he was getting close and Judy assured him she was home. She was sitting on her front porch, ready to show him the problems when he pulled into her driveway.

He had a look at the damage and agreed she would need it replaced, so he called the suppliers and set about writing up a quote for her. He talked her through the process and what would need to be done. If she approved this afternoon he could even do the work for her tomorrow! That was exactly what she’d wanted to hear. Judy agreed with the quote, excited to finally have her gutters in working order again.

The local Plumber arrived early the next day and set to work. It was a long job, but he did it well. She even had him install another garden tap while he was there because she was so impressed by his level of service and commitment to tidying up the area once he was done! Before he left she asked him for a card, so she could stick it to her fridge next time she had a problem with her plumbing.
