Removal Brokers Worldwide

About

Why go through the stress of finding and managing international removalists when a removal broker can do it for you?

Moving house overseas—to or from Australia—is as stressful as you can get, which is why finding trustworthy international removalists can make the difference between composure and panic.

Removal Brokers Worldwide (RBWW) knows international relocations better than anybody. As brokers, they source, trial and manage an international panel of removalists hand-picked for superior customer service and attention to detail.

30 years experience

Founder and CEO Ralph Bourke, has more than 30 years experience in national and international logistics, starting as a senior executive in one of Australia's largest removalists, and BHP Billiton.

He founded RBWW in 1995 when he witnessed a decline in customer care standards in favour of a commodified price per cubic metre approach.

Behind RBWW are customised and, in some cases unique processes, project management, software, and quality control solutions that position the company as the pre-eminent one-stop answer to your move anywhere on the planet.

Every move, whether around the world or around the corner is assigned a project manager for single point of contact responsibility.

They plan your entire move from before uplift to post set-down, taking into account issues many removalists ignore such as immigration, orientation, and customs among many others.

Code of conduct ensures your peace of mind

RBWW has initiated a code of conduct for its panel of removalists. It covers three critical components:

duty of care: RBWW and its contractors treat your home and your possessions like their own

punctuality: contracted removal specialists arrive on time, perform according to a pre-agreed work schedule, and deliver on time

systems: our contractors follow our strict documentation and reporting protocols, including query and complaint issues, follow up, and feedback surveys, to ensure your peace of mind.
