Boundary Surveys

As Registered Surveyors we can service all boundary surveying requirements including boundary marking, boundary marking for dispute resolution, identification surveys and Survey Certificates for buildings and structures, and street alignment marking for utilities.

Contour & Detailed Surveys

We cater for small to large detail surveys in both urban and rural situations. We produce highly detailed and accurate plans that can be applied to all engineering and architectural design applications. Our plans are suitable for lodgement with Development Applications. Tailored digital and hardcopy outputs for individual client needs can be produced including DTM models and proprietary software compatible files.

Construction Surveys

We have extensive experience and knowledge in all forms of construction set-out. In particular we have individually provided survey services to several high rise apartments (Waterfront Apartments at Kingston ACT and The Avenue, Turner ACT), significant National buildings (National Portrait Gallery, Parkes ACT), shopping centres (Charlestown Shopping Centre, Charlestown, NSW) and large scale office buildings such as the new 'Centrelink' building at Greenway, ACT. We also provide construction services to smaller developments and houses, providing valuable expertise to builders in achieving their project needs and avoiding potential issues.

Engineering Surveys

We pride ourselves on achieving high accuracy results using the latest equipment and quality controlled processes. We have successfully provided subsidence monitoring above tunnel boring, land slip monitoring on steep slopes for road stability, precise leveling of concrete floors for instrumentation and various other critical situations. Our experience is broad and can be applied to most facets engineering. We provide fast and effective response to critical survey needs and produce tailored outputs and deliverables for all situations.

Subdivision Surveys

We have wide expertise in subdivision surveys, especially in broad-acre subdivisions. We have individually provided survey services and prepared the Deposited Plans for the subdivisions of Macgregor, Dunlop, Forde, Bonner and Franklin in the ACT. We can service all land subdivision requirements including consolidation surveys, dual-occupancy subdivisions, Sub-Lease plans, Units Plans\Strata Plans, stratum surveys and road acquisition surveys.

GPS Surveys

In compliment to our traditional surveying techniques we use the latest in GPS technology. GPS can be used in a variety of situations, increasing productivity and the ability to service remote locations. Some of the types of services we provide using GPS are for rural surveys, GPS control surveys (for instance photo control), detail surveys and set-out. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to apply our state of the art GPS technology.
