Accredited Building Certifiers Pty Ltd

About

Accredited Building Certifiers is a Wollongong based organisation providing services throughout Sydney, Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands.

Coinciding with the inception of NSW State Government legislation that permitted private certification of building work, Accredited Building Certifiers was first formed in July 1999.

Our certifiers have extensive knowledge of building certification for all building types and sizes, through both local government and private industry experience. This has permitted the issue of over 10,000 certificates, and requiring our certifiers to carry out over 50,000 mandatory stage inspections.

In addition to being accredited by the Building Professionals Board, all of our certifiers are active members of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and the Association of Accredited Certifiers.
