Building Regulations 2012HENDRY building surveyors are able to provide clients with a certificate of design compliance for building ranging from minor works through to the construction of multi-storey buildings. This certificate of design compliance forms an integral part of the building permit issued by the relevant building authority and the certificate of design compliance is relied upon by the building authority to confirm that the proposal complies fully with the requirements of the Building Code of Australia. The Certificate of Design Compliance will be signed by our registered building surveyors and state that the building will comply with each building standard that applies to it.
