We are a family owned and operated business, Michael and Karen are dedicated to providing our customers with a reliable cost effective, friendly and safe door to door service with a difference.

WHO WE ARE?

Michael has in excess of 10 years experience in the hire car industry driving hire vehicles including stretch limousines and currently stretch Hummers conveying passengers to weddings, funerals, social functions, community and fundraising events, even film shoots where one of the cars he was driving was used in Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible 2. He has assisted countless brides over the years and has also attended at many funerals as well. So we can quite confidently say that we genuinely know and understand the importance of quality customer service.

He holds an unrestricted class 5 heavy vehicle license in addition to his Public Passenger Vehicle drivers Authority and as the proprietor of the Macarthur Shuttles and Tours also holds a Certificate of Accreditation (transport and Infrastructure) and began his driving career over 30 years ago with the State Transit Authority driving buses and then moving on to driving semi-trailers, local and interstate.

He also have impeccable safe driving history and received the 5 year safe driving award (incident free driving over 5 years), while working for one of his previous employers, and has been at fault accident free for at least the past 20 years.

While Karen has held an LR license for approx 6 years and has been driving an 18 - 21 seat mini bus for 6 years as a part of her job as an early childhood educator and transporting school aged children to and from school and on vacation care outings. Karen has been at fault, accident free since obtaining her license in 1983. Karen also holds Public Passenger Vehicle drivers Authority.
