The Woosey Brewer

About

If you have you tried to brew beer with the expectation that it will taste better than shop bought beer, only to be disappointed with the result. Then this site may help you to improve your brewing skills.

I have been making beer for over 15 years, and have been hooked ever since. After reading a number of books, attending workshops and surfing the internet for the perfect recipe, I decided to share what I have learned over the years. Have a hunt around for information and recipes. If you are an Australian resident you can even order my kits.
