King Carlos� Coffee only use 100% Arabica beans, grown in higher altitudes and along the equator which make the beans more delicate, the beans have characteristically flora aromas, mild and rounded. Our Arabica beans produce a golden full bodied espresso. King Carlos� Coffee is roasted slowly to allow the full flavour to develop, its then stopped and cooled when the second crack is heard by our third generation master roaster. Our Products Include:

1. African red drinking chocolate The African Red is one of the most pure and sumptuous chocolate experiences you can find. It is sourced from the best cocoa growing regions of West Africa. It exhibits all the hallmarks of African grown Forastero cocoa beans and a hint of Trinitario cocoa beans, with delightful high fruity notes.

2. Orange infused drinking chocolate The natural orange oil has to work in concert with the exquisite cocoa so that they complement each other. The skill is to blend in such a way, that none of their extraordinary qualities are hidden, but rather enhance each other. A true flavour marriage.

3. French mint drinking chocolate A sublime blend of two great natural flavours � Peppermint oil (distilled from fresh Peppermint by master perfume makers in Provence, France, in the ancient perfume town of Grasse) and African Red Cocoa. This oil is exquisitely complex yet subtle. Its lovely multi-faceted high notes marry beautifully with deep toned Ghana Cocoa, with neither flavour overpowering the other. To finish a lively, complex, ethereal aftertaste follows.

Tahitian vanilla bean drinking chocolate When packed with the African Red drinking chocolate it slowly dries and infuses, steeping its fantastic aroma and flavour throughout this great Ghana cocoa. Vanilla acts like natures flavour enchanter, brightening and intensifying the chocolate experience. A true marriage of flavours. i) Sri Lankan Chai Minimally processed Jaggery � evaporated, unrefined, sugar cane juice, retains all its delectable molasses flavours as well as its beneficial minerals and nutrients.
