Earth Coffee provides the freshest, highest quality Arabica Coffee available in Australia. We are proud to have built an alliance�personally, ethically and financially�with an established, family owned and operated single-estate coffee plantation, allowing us to control the quality from earth to cup.

Earth Coffee provides an end to end service that is tailored to meet each customer�s coffee supply and accessories needs.

OUR PLANTATION - Situated in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, 2200 meters (7200 feet) above sea level, with pure rainfall and a daily temperature of 17�24�C, the beans are grown in arguably the most fertile soil on earth.

PICKING - The finest cherries are handpicked from our plantation. Appropriate pruning and block rotation ensures high quality all year round.

PULPING & FERMENTATION - Procedures are carried out under strict conditions using 100% clean, pollutant-free resources.

DRYING - All green bean is elevated above ground level and sun-dried for ultimate integrity.

SORTING - After being machine sorted, any inferior bean is removed by hand prior to packaging.

ROASTING - All of our green bean is roasted to order locally, ensuring our customers receive the freshest roasted product.

WE DO NOT BLEND OUR BEAN!

FACT: Less than 5% of coffee bean imported into Australia is classed as AA Grade Arabica Coffee Bean.*

FACT: From this, virtually all of this AA Grade Coffee is blended with an inferior coffee bean.

Based on the results of extensive sampling, research and group taste testings, we decided not blend our single-estate bean, thereby ensuring the integrity, taste and complexity of the coffee.

Earth Coffee provides a personalised coffee service, tailoring relationships with each customer to supply them with their coffee and coffee accessory needs.

All of our green bean is �ROASTED ON DEMAND� and delivered at a time convenient to our customers.

Each customer has an Earth Coffee representative who is on call for all their coffee requirements. We provide an end to end coffee service.

All Earth Coffee team members have extensive barista training skills and knowledge of coffee machines & grinders.

We have taken it a step further than FAIR TRADE coffee.

We deal directly with the coffee plantation owner. We have built a strong relationship based on integrity and trust.

We guarantee that no commissions or brokerage fees are deducted from any payments made to the plantation. We also ensure that the plantation receives above local market value for the coffee.

This premium payment for our coffee provides increased employment, quality education and health services to the local community.

In turn, Earth Coffee is guaranteed to receive the premium coffee from the plantation.
