With over 20 years experience working as a master patissier and chocolatier, I started Délice Royale to share my love of traditional french sweet and savoury food with Melbourne.

I currently operate as a stall holder at various markets around Melbourne, I cater for events and make beautiful Croquembouche cakes for any occasion.

I am extremely passionate about producing high quality, authentic and delicious French products and am so excited to present to you, a true taste of France.
