Holiday fun for all the family starts at Thunderbird Park. The range of onsite adventures appeals to all age groups. Take The Canyon Flyer, Queensland's most extreme adventure and Australia's largest guided zipline rainforest canopy tour. Adrenalin junkies can hit the heights on the seven zip lines zigzagging Cedar Creek Canyon. Take it to the top at 60 metres above ground and 70 klms an hour. The zipline tour takes about three hours and includes up to 10 adventurers. This ride of a lifetime begins with a fantastic 4WD experience.

Active adventurers will never be bored; they can play laser skirmish in a jungle setting or tackle the Tree Top Challenge high ropes course. More moderate adventures include fossicking for treasure-filled thundereggs formed when dinosaurs roamed the earth, horse riding through the rainforest and mini golf on the championship course.

Explore the natural bushland along the walking tracks, see hundreds of colourful birds, Australian native animals and rare plants. Take a dip in the rock pools, lucky visitors may catch a glimpse of Plato the Platypus, Cedar Creek's most elusive resident.
